IMPACCT, operated by FIRST Infocentre Pvt. Ltd., is a digital software-as-a-service product. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so no shipping charges, couriers or delivery addresses apply.
Service delivery
- Access to the Service is delivered electronically and immediately once your payment is successfully verified.
- For subscription plans, the corresponding tier is activated on your account instantly and remains available for the billing period.
- For one-time unlocks, the purchased feature/data is unlocked on your account immediately and stays available for the stated duration.
- You can use the Service on the web at https://services.impacct.info and through our mobile application using the same account.
If access is not activated
In the rare event your plan or unlock is not activated within a few minutes of a successful payment, please contact contact@impacct.info with your registered email and order reference, and we will resolve it promptly.
