This Privacy Policy explains how FIRST Infocentre Pvt. Ltd. (“IMPACCT”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information when you use our website, platform and mobile application (the “Service”). We are committed to handling your data in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable Indian data-protection law.
1. Information we collect
- Account data — name, email address, phone number, organisation and login credentials you provide on registration.
- Billing data — plan selected and transaction records. Card / UPI / bank details are collected and processed directly by our payment partner Razorpay; we do not store full payment credentials.
- Usage data — pages viewed, searches, saved lists, device, browser and IP address, collected to operate and improve the Service.
- Cookies — session cookies required for login and security, and minimal analytics. You can control cookies via your browser settings.
2. How we use information
We use your information to: provide and secure the Service; authenticate you; process payments and grant the plan/features you purchased; send service, security and (where you opt in) marketing communications; respond to support requests; comply with legal obligations; and detect and prevent fraud or misuse.
3. Payment processing
Payments are handled by Razorpay Software Private Limited. When you pay, the relevant transaction details are shared with Razorpay to process the payment and confirm it back to us via verified signatures and webhooks. Razorpay’s handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.
4. Sharing & disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with: (a) service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g. hosting, email, payment) under confidentiality obligations; (b) authorities where required by law or to protect our rights; and (c) a successor entity in the event of a merger or acquisition. Aggregated infrastructure/market data shown in the Service is compiled from public and third-party sources and is not your personal data.
5. Data retention
We retain account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and thereafter as required for legal, tax, accounting and dispute-resolution purposes. You may request deletion of your account (see “Your rights”), subject to records we must retain by law.
6. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls and signature-verified payment flows — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct or request deletion of your personal data, withdraw consent for marketing, or raise a grievance by writing to contact@impacct.info. We will respond within a reasonable period as required by law.
8. Children
The Service is intended for business users and is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be notified where appropriate.
